Why should I go through you if I already order from abroad myself?

Ordering is easy, the trouble comes later: a delay, a defect or a supplier who stops answering. We know our suppliers personally, so if a problem comes up, we know who to call.

What types of products can you source?

Almost any physical product that can be legally sold, for industry, construction, medical, sport, textiles, food, electronics, automotive, cosmetics, home, toys or jewellery: tools and PPE, medical consumables, jerseys and balls, packaging and labels, cables, car parts, bottles and jars. If your industry is not listed, describe what you need.

It depends on the product, the volume and the shipping method. We give you a realistic estimate with the quote.

It depends on the product and the supplier. We always tell you the realistic minimum before production is launched.

How do you protect the quality of my order?

Accepted Answer

Through our relationship with our suppliers: we have met them and work with them over the long term. You approve the sample before production, we follow production with the supplier, and depending on the order, an inspector from our network checks the goods before they ship.

Do you only source in Asia?

Accepted Answer

No. Asia accounts for a large share of world production, but we look wherever your product is best made, including in Europe. We choose the origin based on your product, your budget and your lead times.

How are you paid?

Our fee is included in the price we propose to you. The quote covers everything: you know the total cost before you place an order, with no hidden charges.

What if the delivered product does not match?

We settle the dispute directly with the supplier, whom we know. Depending on the defect: replacement, return or compensation. You don't have to negotiate alone with a supplier abroad.

Do you work with start-ups and small businesses?

Yes. We support established SMEs as well as entrepreneurs launching their very first product range. What counts is the seriousness of the project.

I make or sell products: can I join the Unexia network?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Artisans, workshops, manufacturers and brands can present their business on the “Become a partner” page. After a check, we offer your products to companies whose needs match, and the network earns a commission on every sale closed. Sourcing agents and sourcing companies are welcome too: we pool our networks.

Is Unexia hiring sales agents and sourcing agents?

Yes. We are hiring sourcing agents who know how to source in Asia, and independent sales agents in Belgium and across Europe, paid by commission on every sale they bring in. Both roles and the application form are on the “Unexia is hiring” page.
